About the speakers:
Dr Chula Sukmanop graduated in Maritime Law or Admiralty from the University of Southampton. He is currently the Director-General the Office of Transport and Traffic Policy and Planning (OTP). From 2010-July 2012 he was an Inspector General with the Ministry of Transport. He served as Deputy Director-General of OTP from 2009-2010

Abigail Evans is an Executive Transport Planner with Meinhardt based in Thailand and has over a decade of international experience in preparing traffic impact studies, providing comprehensive transportation input and advice on the design of transport facilities for development and regeneration projects, feasibility of public transport schemes, and sustainable transport studies. Abigail has project experience throughout the UK, Middle East and Asia
Ali Adam is the Regional Development Director, East Asia for Halcrow Group, one of the largest UK infrastructure consultancy firms specialising in the provision of planning, design and management services for infrastructure worldwide. With a background in rail and transit, Ali has been involved with the planning and design of urban mass transit systems in London, Rome, Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong and Manila.
